Curls, Coils, and Zig Zags

Living in the midwest and being a curly girl can be so difficult. Wether that’s finding the right fit for a stylist, product, or styling tool. Its FRUSTRATING…to say the least! As a curly client myself I share all of these frustrations and just when you think you found the right mixture of products…POOF! (insert frizzy) The seasons change in Kansas City, and you start right back at square one! I find the when you find the right match for a curly stylist here, the recommendations for curly products become more prescribed and without doubt. In the winter I find myself reaching for more moisturizing products and something to tame my dry curls. In the summer I find myself reaching for more strength in the cast of the product to help my curls stay tamed in the humidity and a nice wet dry shampoo to bring my curls back to life on those second and third day messy curls. The seasons are consistent and so should your curls.
